 500 g young zucchiniYou can also use more mature fruits of the zucchini, but then you must first peel them and remove the seeds. You may need more flour if the zucchini is very juicy.
 150 g processed cheese
 1 egg
 15 cups flour
 fresh herbs
 salt
 vegetable oil for frying
 spices to taste

Rinse the zucchini, chop with a medium grater, add a little salt so that they let the juice out faster.

Grate the processed cheese (this will be easier if you put it in the freezer for 5–7 minutes beforehand).

Mix the resulting mixture thoroughly, add finely chopped greens.

Add a little vegetable oil to the pan, heat it and spread the resulting dough with a spoon. Fry over low heat on both sides until golden brown.
