
Wash and dry the wings with napkins so as to completely rid the surface of moisture.
If the wings are large enough, you can cut each wing in half.
Pour almost all the oil into a deep pan and heat. Fry the wings over high heat until golden brown. It is better to fry in small portions so that each wing is fried freely on all sides.
Turn on the oven for heating. The desired temperature is 200 degrees. Spread the wings on a baking sheet, distributing them evenly. Put the baking sheet in the oven for 20 minutes.
While the wings are baking, you need to make the sauce.
To do this, chop hot pepper and garlic with a knife. Pour a small amount of the oil left over into a free pan and heat. Sauté pepper and garlic for no more than two minutes. Add tomato paste and all selected spices.
Stir and put a piece of butter in a pan, stir until smooth over medium heat.
Pour in water to get a smoothie consistency.
