How to cook shrimp and cancer oil
1

Rinse and dry all seafood used for the preparation of cleaning products by any convenient method. You can put them on a baking sheet and dry at a minimum temperature in the oven or, for example, place on a newspaper and place on a battery or in another warm and dry place.

2

Grind the dried shells in a coffee grinder or twist in a meat grinder - a powdery mass should be obtained.

3

Remove the butter first from the freezer and let stand at room temperature for a sufficient amount of time. When the oil is soft, mix it with the shrimp powder.
For 1 cup of powder, approximately 100 grams of oil is consumed.

4

Place the mass in a skillet and fry over low heat for up to 10 minutes. In this case, the contents of the pan must be constantly stirred.

5

Pour 0.5 liters of water into the pan and let it boil over minimal heat. Remove from stove and wait for mixture to cool slightly.
Then repeat the procedure with boiling and subsequent cooling 2-3 more times.

6

When the mass has cooled for the last time, send it to the refrigerator for complete solidification.
At the bottom of the dishes, a broth is formed in which all grains of waste will remain, and on top of the liquid there will be a layer of oil - it must be carefully collected in a separate container.
The taste and color of the shell will turn into oil, and all unnecessary will remain in the broth, which is simply thrown away.

7

For a more delicate and rich taste, you can add a little more soft butter and salt to the cooked shrimp oil.

8

This is a ready-made snack shrimp oil.

9

Ready oil can be used not only as an appetizer, but also as a seasoning during the preparation of other dishes.
