Recipe Ingredients
 250 ml Orange juice
 380 ml Water
 140 g Corn starch
 300 g Sugar
 3 tbsp Lemon juice
Sprinkling
 3 tbsp Corn starch
 1 tbsp Powdered sugar

To cook home-made Turkish delight, you don’t need to be an experienced chef. Everything is very simple, and a lot of products are not required, and for a change of taste, orange juice can be replaced with your favorite fruit or berry juice if desired.

Pour water (380 ml) into the pan.

Add orange juice (250 ml) to the water.

Next, add granulated sugar (300 g) to the pan.

Take food corn starch (140 g) - approximate measure is a faceted glass.

Add corn starch to the juice with water and mix well with a whisk.

Put the pan on the fire and cook constantly stirring with a whisk.

Cook before desolation.

After leaving the mass in a pan with thickened mass, add 3 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice.
Shuffle.

Continue cooking over low heat. Stir constantly with a spoon during cooking.

After removing from the heat, pour the warm mass from the pan into a mold with a height of 2-3 cm. Pre-spray the mold with cold water.

In the mold, quickly smooth the surface of the warm mass until it solidifies. Frozen fruit mass quickly.
Next, let the turkish lokum in the mold cool for about an hour at room temperature.

While the mass is cooling, prepare the mixture to sprinkle the sweets. To do this, put in a bowl 3 tbsp. tablespoons of corn starch and 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar. Stir well. Sprinkling is ready.

Next, carefully cut the cooled mass in the form into cubes.

Roll the cubes of lokum in the prepared sprinkle, a mixture of starch and powdered sugar.

That's it, this completes the preparation of Turkish delight at home.
Immediately after sprinkling, you can start drinking tea with homemade Turkish delight.
