 1 Onion
 50 g Cilantro
 Frying oil

You can serve it on the table as a separate dish or as a side dish for meat and cutlets.

How to cook scrambled eggs with zucchini and herbs

Wash the zucchini and herbs, peel the onions.

Chop the onions finely. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and start frying onions.
Fry the chopped onion until transparent.

Cut the courgettes into cubes as shown in the photo.

By this time, the onions had already been fried. Add chopped zucchini to the skillet.

Cover the skillet with a lid so that the courgettes are stewed and tender first. You do not need to add water, the moisture contained in the zucchini is enough.
After 2–3 minutes, after the lid is closed, put the heat to the lowest position.

Stir while braising and add salt to taste.

There is a lot of moisture in the zucchini. This is noticeable on the glass lid of the frying pan.
In terms of time, the extinguishing process lasts about 10–15 minutes.

Continue cooking without a lid. Golden crusts should appear on the corners of the squash cubes zucchini.

Season with pepper and add your other favorite seasonings as desired.

Stir again. While the zucchini is fried in a cup, break 2 eggs, add salt and beat a little with a spoon.

Add eggs to a skillet with already fried zucchini and stir immediately.
