That is why the name of this dish went, which has now become available to everyone and is included in the menu of each person.
Even a novice culinary specialist will be able to cook buckwheat in a merchant way, because the cooking process is very simple and is somewhat reminiscent of cooking pilaf. Here, meat and vegetables are first fried and stewed, and then buckwheat is laid out, poured with water and cooked until cooked.

After 30 minutes, remove buckwheat from the stove. Put a piece of butter to the finished buckwheat with meat and squeeze the garlic through a garlic squeezer. Mix everything, cover and let the buckwheat stand for 15 minutes.
