Bath water

A large metal saucepan filled with hot water, at the bottom of which, at a certain height, a grate is inserted.
On this grid is placed another, more small saucepan with food that must be cooked in a water bath.
For this purpose, modern steamers are sold in stores.
At home, you can make a water bath using two ordinary pots of different diameters, as shown in the images.
