Recipe Recommendations "Chinese pork"
In fact, to cook this dish you should have at hand a Chinese pan with a convex bottom. These pans are small in diameter and are called "woks."
In time, the preparation of the dish takes 15-20 minutes (not counting the time of pickling), and does not require special culinary skills. We recommend that you do not cook pork in Chinese from frozen imported meat. Be sure to get the loin portion of the home pig.
This is done so as not to overdry the meat, since dry meat does not have the taste qualities that half-baked meat has.
