Step 1

Gelatin in water

Pour gelatin with cold water (4 tablespoons) and leave to swell for 10-15 minutes.

Finished jelly

We prepare jelly according to the instructions on the packaging.

Step 6

Dessert in molds

Pour the jelly that has cooled down to room temperature onto the frozen cream in the molds and put it in the refrigerator again for complete solidification.

Step 7

Ready Panna Cotta

To remove the frozen ready-made panna cotta from the molds, you need to immerse the molds in hot water for several seconds and turn it over.
Decorate the finished desserts with caramelized berries or grated chocolate.
Ready dessert can be served immediately after decoration.
