Wash the mushrooms, put in a pan and pour hot water so that it only covers the mushrooms. Cook mushrooms until half cooked for 7-10 minutes. Slice fry the mushrooms in olive oil over high heat for 3 minutes and pour on the potatoes until all the ingredients are hot
Peel and chop the onion into thin half rings.
Wash greens, shake water and chop finely. If desired, dill can also be added.
Add chopped onion and greens to potatoes with mushrooms.
Chopped sauerkraut if the cabbage is coarsely chopped. As soon as the potatoes with mushrooms cool slightly, add sauerkraut, sugar and alter.
Belarusian salad with sauerkraut, mushrooms and potatoes is ready. Salt to taste, if necessary, and serve.
