Pease Pudding (porridge) – is a healthy and very satisfying pea porridge. It is good both in itself and as a side dish for meat dishes. Now they rarely cook a pea, but in vain! I remember from my childhood that when we were sent to my grandmother for the holidays, she often cooked a pea, but not a simple one, but with bacon and onions. They ate with pleasure, and everyone was full.

How to cook a delicious pea with lard

Step 1
