A wonderful appetizer roll made of tri-color dough, without dyes, with cheese and red slightly salted fish will decorate any festive table. This roll looks beautiful and bright in the cut.
For dough, take spinach leaves, hard cheese and boiled carrots as dyes.

How to cook roll with red fish and cream cheese

Step 1

Separate the yolks from the whites and beat

Separate the yolks from the proteins. Beat the yolks with vegetable oil and sour cream until smooth.

Step 2

Add chopped spinach to the first part of the yolks.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Put the dough on a baking sheet diagonally.
Shake the pan slightly so that the dough spreads more evenly.

Put bake in the oven

Place the biscuit in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Turn the finished base for the fish roll with paper onto the wire rack and let it cool slightly. Then, roll the biscuit along with the paper roll. Let the biscuit cool completely.
