How to cook stuffed peppers with meat and rice

Step 1

soak rice in cold water

Rinse rice and soak in cold water for 15 minutes.

Step 2

peel the pepper

Peel the bell pepper, cutting off the tops and removing the seeds.

Finely chop the onion.

Step 4

dill and parsley

Finely chop part of the dill and parsley.

Put chopped onion in the stuffing

After the peppers boil, remove the resulting foam and reduce the heat a little, then cook for about 40 minutes.

Step 10

add fresh greens

After 40 minutes, add the remaining fresh herbs to the prepared stuffed peppers.

Step 11

serve with broth

Serve the stuffed peppers with the resulting broth in which they were cooked.
