For baking homemade savoyardi, you can use a simple biscuit recipe. Only the dough should be transferred to a bag or a confectionery syringe and put on a baking sheet 5 cm wide and 10-12 cm long. Bake at 200 degrees, about 10 minutes.

To date, tiramisu is prepared with many additives, giving uniqueness to your recipe. And now we will prepare an original dessert with the addition of white glaze.

Step 1

Whisk the yolks with sugar

We make coffee. Take a teaspoon of coffee on a glass of water. While the coffee is brewing, we take the eggs, separate the proteins from the yolks. Whisk the yolks with half the sugar in the ingredients, white.

Step 5
