After adding sugar, cook for another 5 minutes. Then remove from the fire, and it is better to turn off the fire so as not to burn))). If you decide to add spices, add and close the pan with a lid.
Under a closed lid, dried fruit compote should be infused for at least 30-40 minutes.
To get a transparent compote, it must be filtered. You can not filter and use, both hot in circles and in cold form.
