Stuffing should be mixed for at least 5 minutes to make meatballs tender and dense.
Use your hands to form walnut-sized meatballs, as in the photo.

Step 2

Roll the meatball in flour and fry in vegetable oil

Heat a pan with vegetable oil (2 tablespoons).
Roll each cooked meatball separately in flour and fry in vegetable oil for 7-8 minutes on all sides.

Step 3

chop the roasted almonds, garlic

In a blender or in some other way, grind the fried almonds, garlic and dumb bread crusts.

Step 4

fry chopped onions

Peel and chop. Next, in the same oil in which the meatballs were fried, fry the chopped onion for about 5 minutes, until transparent.

Step 5

add canned beans to the pan with onions

Reduce heat and add canned beans with ketchup to the pan with onions.

Step 6

add ground almonds and fried meatballs to the pan

Well, in the last stage of cooking, add ground almonds and fried meatballs to the pan. Stir and close the pan with a lid.
Remove from heat and leave under a closed lid for about 7 minutes.

Step 7

Serve hot with a side dish

Serve hot with a side dish. The most suitable side dish for Mexican meatballs is mashed potatoes or boiled rice.
