Peel the avocado from the hard skin and take out the stone. Cut avocado pulp into medium-sized cubes and fold into a salad bowl. Kiwi is also peeled and gently, without kneading the fruit, cut into pieces about the same size as an avocado. Send to the salad bowl.
Pre-fry pine nuts in a completely dry pan and pour into a separate container for cooling.
While the nuts are cold, it is necessary to disassemble the pomegranate into grains. Add the grains to the salad.
Add the cooled nuts. If greens are used in the salad, then it must be finely chopped and sent to the salad at this stage.
Mix the salad gently, trying to make smooth movements so that the avocado and kiwi do not turn into slurry.
Prepare dressing - mix olive oil with sugar, salt and pepper. If kiwi is quite ripe and sweet, then you can add a few drops of vinegar or lemon juice to the dressing.
Chop the dressing well and send it to the salad, evenly pour over the surface.
Mix again if necessary.
Avocado and kiwi fruit salad ready.
