Boil the rice in the usual way until tender in lightly salted water.
Remove the liquid from boiled rice by throwing it on a sieve.
Make minced meat from beef pulp in any way possible.
Chop the onion very finely and mix half with the minced meat, salt the mixture and add hot pepper to taste.
Fry the rest of the onion together with the mushrooms, cut into thin slices.
Lightly add salt.
Grate the cheese.
Mix rice and almost all grated cheese in a suitable container, setting aside 50 grams.
Add eggs and spices to the rice-cheese mass.
Grease a baking dish (with high sides) with a little vegetable oil and transfer half of the rice mixture into it in an even layer.
Put the minced meat on top of the rice.
Place the rest of the rice in the last layer.
Turn the oven on 180 degrees.
Mix a small amount of bread crumbs with the remaining cheese and distribute evenly on the surface of the future gratin.
Bake for about half an hour.
