Kill the snake and hang it by the tail for an hour, having previously cut off its head.
Gut and wash.
Cut into pieces, which are then soaked for 2 hours in milk.

Deep-fry or in a cauldron.
You can fry on the grill.
Serve with hot Louisiana sauce, texas pepper sauce or tartar sauce.
The snake can also be smoked like a fish.
