Boil a glass of rice until half cooked and set aside to cool.
Chop cabbage into small pieces and divide equally into two parts.
Peel the onion and chop as finely as possible.
Mix the minced meat, eggs, boiled rice, onion, one part of cabbage in a deep container.
Mix everything thoroughly, salt and add black pepper to taste.
On a greased baking sheet with a small amount of oil, put the previously set aside part of the cabbage and distribute it evenly.
Then from a mixture of minced meat, rice and vegetables to form balls-cutlets and arrange them in rows on top of cabbage.
Wash, peel and grind carrots.
Fry the carrots (we have added onions and sweet peppers) in warmed lean oil for about 5 minutes.
Dilute the tomato paste with water until a thick sauce forms and pour into a pan with fried carrots. Salt, pepper, add bay leaf.
Simmer on low heat for no more than 10 minutes.
Pour the formed patties with the resulting carrot-tomato mixture evenly and send to the previously heated oven for 25-30 minutes.
Bake at 190 degrees.
Lazy cabbage rolls in the oven with cabbage and minced meat are ready. Enjoy your meal!
