For this salad, it doesn't matter what kind of chicken you use, boiled or grilled.
Cut the breast into small cubes or fiber.
Cut the onions and apples into small cubes.
In a deep bowl, stir together apples, onions, chicken and cranberries.
Start preparing the dressing. To do this, mix the yogurt (sour cream, what you took), vinegar and mustard.
If you like sweet sauces, then add a spoonful of honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Season the salad with the prepared sauce and serve.
