Making Tomato Pizza Sauce

Step 1

First, wash the tomatoes and peel them.

Next, peel the onions and garlic. Cut very finely.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onion with garlic very quickly in this oil.
Peel the peeled tomatoes and chop finely and add to the pan with onions and garlic.
If you have tomatoes from a jar, also add juice - first tomatoes and after 1-2 minutes juice.

Step 3

Salt and pepper. Leave over low heat to evaporate tomato liquid.
When the sauce thickens in a skillet, add granulated sugar.

Step 4

Stir, cool a little and pass the tomato mass through a blender.
Tomato pizza sauce is ready.
